Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great customer service. He is very knowledgeable about chair bases, gas lifts, and related parts, and is extremely friendly. I highly recommend him for chair repairs. My gaming chair had a short gas lift, which he replaced effortlessly. Upgrading from a 120mm to a 140mm gas lift made it the ideal height for my table.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Really helpful and honest service. I contacted them on WhatsApp because my office chair was unstable and I thought I might need a repair. They took time to understand the issue, asked for pictures, and explained exactly what was causing the problem. What I appreciated most was that instead of immediately trying to sell me a replacement part or charge me for a repair, they told me that I could most probably fix it myself and even guided me on what I needed. That kind of honest and customer focused approach is rare. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for office chair parts or repairs. 👍
