Cash Only
We are a cash-only business. Therefore, kindly settle the payment upon completion of the repair work or spare parts supply in cash, via bank transfer, or by cheque drawn to the account specified in the invoice.

Warranty
Our products do not include a warranty unless stated in the product description of the Estimate, Invoice, or Sales Receipt. Our Limited Warranty applies only to the product. In the event of a replacement, the customer is responsible for transportation, labor charges, and any other costs associated with the replacement. Please note that the warranty may be void if the product is physically damaged.

Shipping
Currently, we do not offer our own delivery service. Instead, we utilize courier services to ship products around the island. As a result, we are unable to provide a cash-on-delivery option at this time.

Please note that all orders will be shipped only after payment has been received, and funds have cleared in our bank account. Customers are responsible for paying the courier charges when collecting their packages, unless shipping has already been paid for during checkout on our website.

Please note that we dispatch orders to the courier only on Mondays and Thursdays. Payment cut-off time is 9.30 am on shipping days.

Return/Refund
We do not accept requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse to the delivery service. Payments made for products or services are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for the refund request, including dissatisfaction with the product or service, accidental purchases, or any other circumstance.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizes, and specifications before making a purchase. If you need assistance in finding the right product or have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for help.

Customer Data
We retain customer information such as messages, chat messages, emails, telephone numbers, email addresses, and postal addresses to serve our customers better in the future. We never store sensitive information such as bank account details, debit/credit card numbers, etc. We will not sell or misuse the information provided by users.
