Cash Only
We are a cash-only business. Therefore, kindly settle the payment upon completion of the repair work or spare parts supply in cash, via bank transfer, or by cheque drawn to the account specified in the invoice.
Warranty
Our products do not come with a warranty unless stated in the product description in the Estimate. Our Limited Warranty covers only the product. The customer must pay the charges in the event of a replacement.
Warranty may be void in case of physical damage to the product.
Shipping
Currently, we do not have a delivery service. Instead, we use courier services to ship products around the island. Hence, we cannot offer cash on delivery facility yet. All orders will be shipped only upon payment for the products.
Please note that we dispatch orders to the courier only on Mondays and Thursdays. Payment cut-off time is 9.30 am on shipping days.
Return/Refund
We do not accept requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse to the delivery service. Payments made for products or services are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for the refund request, including dissatisfaction with the product or service, accidental purchases, or any other circumstance.

Customer Data
We retain customer information such as chat messages, emails, telephone numbers, email addresses, and postal addresses to serve our customers better in the future. We will not sell or misuse the information provided by users.
