Return/Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Please note that we are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Warranty
Our products do not come with a warranty unless stated otherwise in the product description provided in the Estimate. Our Limited Warranty covers only the product. The customer must pay the labor charges in the event of a replacement. Warranty may be void in case of physical damage to the product.
Shipping
Currently, we do not have a delivery service. Instead, we use courier services to ship products around the island. Hence, we cannot offer cash on delivery facility yet. All orders will be shipped only upon payment for the products.
Please note that we dispatch orders to the courier only on Mondays and Thursdays. Payment cut-off time is 9.30 am on shipping days.
